Making a purchase
We hope you enjoy browsing our product pages. To make a purchase, simply add the item/s to your shopping basket. Once you have finished your selections, click on Checkout and follow the instructions for delivery and payment options.
We must receive full, cleared on-line payment before we can service your order. You can pay using the major credit or debit cards shown on our secure Checkout page.
All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Should your card issuer refuse to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Our on-line payments incorporate additional layers of security by using MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa (VbV) which allows you to authenticate yourself as the genuine cardholder; our payment gateway complies with the PCI DSS (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). We do not store credit/debit card details.
Prices are in GB Pounds and we can only accept payments in sterling.
We can only accept orders from the UK. We will only send orders to a full postal address; we do not deliver to a PO Box address.
All orders require a recipient's signature on delivery. Please complete the alternative delivery box at Checkout if you require your order to go to your work address or other delivery address where a recipient signature can be guaranteed. Should you request deliveries to be left unattended (eg "leave in the porch", "put behind the concrete meerkat" etc) you do so entirely at your own risk.
Please ensure you provide a valid delivery address as we cannot accept liability if a parcel is lost due to an incorrect postal address or postcode having been supplied by you. Please always try to choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

All orders are despatched within 24 hours. Our aim is to despatch same day wherever possible. Under normal circumstances orders received by Noon will be despatched same day.
You will receive an email informing you when your order has been despatched, together with order tracking details.
Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods or an incorrect order (picking error) please report it within 72 hours by using the Contact Us link to claim a full refund or replacement and a free postage return label. We request that you return goods within 7 days of their receipt. Returned items should be complete with the packaging if at all possible.
Please ensure your shopping basket contains exactly what you want before making your on-line secure payment. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products we cannot accept the cancellation of an order once the order has been despatched. We will do our utmost to cancel any order between receipt, picking, packing and despatching your order, but this cannot be guaranteed.
We fully respect your privacy and will not pass your details on to any third parties (other than for goods delivery purposes). We collect your personal data for the sole purpose of order processing and customer registration. We collect your name, address, contact details and method of payment. We do not store credit/debit card details. We may contact you by email or telephone if there is a query with your order. Customer registration includes subscription to our occasional newsletters if you have requested to receive them. You can unsubscribe from this option quickly and easily at any time. Although we hope our newsletters will not be so boringly monotonous, or too frequent, or so totally irrelevant as to make you want to tick that particular box.
